At Pehal – A Drop in Ocean Foundation, all donations are made voluntarily to support our charitable initiatives. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may or may not be granted.
All donations are non-refundable in general.
Once a donation is successfully made, it cannot be reversed, as funds are immediately allocated to ongoing programs and activities.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
Duplicate Transactions (same amount paid more than once by mistake)
Technical Errors during payment processing
Incorrect Amount Transferred due to genuine error
All such requests are subject to verification.
To request a refund, the donor must:
Send an email to info@pehalindiafoundation.com
Include the following details:
Full Name
Contact Number
Transaction ID / Reference Number
Date of Transaction
Proof of Payment (screenshot/receipt)
Reason for refund request
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds will be made using the original payment method (where possible) or via bank transfer
All refund requests will be reviewed carefully
The organization reserves the right to approve or reject any refund request based on verification
Any fraudulent or suspicious refund request will be rejected, and appropriate action may be taken.
